The most potent member of the C-Class Coupe family, the C63 AMG Black Series Edition, is the star of a new online video from Mercedes-Benz USA titled, for obvious reasons, the "Dark Side".
The short black and white spot shows the 510-horsepower (517PS) two-door model forcefully sliding around corners and at times, grunting its big 6.2-liter V8 powerplant (though not as near as much as we would have liked).
The Black Series model's newfound power reaches the rear wheels via a seven-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT transmission, with Mercedes quoting a 0-60 mph (96km/h) acceleration time of just 4.2 seconds.
The C63 AMG Black Series Edition will be built in a limited run with U.S. sales expected to begin later this year.
