Exclusive powerhouse based on the Ferrari F12
The MANSORY company has already made a name for itself all around the world, when it comes to the refining of super sports cars. Whether it's a Bugatti Veyron or a Bentley Continental - the luxury cars have even more sportiness and comfort breathed into them. Now, the specialist from Brand in Bavaria, Germany, has taken the Ferrari F12 and proven again with the STALLONE conversion that the company knows how to refine Italian super sports cars.
The refinement program for the Ferrari F12 is performed especially in light carbon bodywork. There also is a powerful engine performance increase, as well as lightalloy rims manufactured specifically for the car. An interior dressed in the finest leather rounds off the program and meets the automotive wishes of the exclusive clientele. The MANSORY STALLONE has become a feast for the eyes due to the high-quality body parts. The engineers and designers have delved very deeply into the matter, which explains the consequent use of carbon fibre.
So for example, the front was completely reworked. Part of the expressive front is a newly designed bonnet as well
as a downforce-generating front spoiler with special air intakes, which seamlessly merges into the wing sections. With the broadening MANSORY has given the Ferrari F12 a more masculine appearance. It also fits the side skirts, which in addition calms down the air flow between the axles. The newly designed rear end, with a discreet rear wing and the integrated diffuser ensures not only a perfectly shaped end, it also stabilizes the rear axle and provides for the necessary addition of downforce.
MANSORY has given special attention to the performance optimisation, which provides the car from Maranello even more handling and acceleration in all performance classes. The MANSORY technicians are responsible for the newly
developed engine components. The power kit consists of a modified ECU together with a sports exhaust system. This increases the performance of the 6.0 litre twelvecylinder engine from 740 to 775 hp (570kW). The torque lies at an additional 35 Nm (Series: 690 Nm).
The stainless steel sports muffler with its impressive sound underlines the sporty appearance of the MANSORY STALLONE. The newly developed light-alloy rims represent a perfect finish. They are not only elegantly designed, but also fulfil their purpose from the sporting and technical point of view. In order to take the performance of the STALLONE into account, the company developed especially light forged wheels in 21 (front axle) or 22 (rear axle) sizes. The use of ultra-light aluminium alloys and the resulting reduction of the unsprung mass, has significantly improved the acceleration, the braking distance, and the handling. High-performance 255/30/21 front and 355/25/22 rear tyres are
fitted. The finest materials, finished to highest precision of handiwork, characterise the interior of the MANSORY STALLONE. The leather MANSORY used for the interior is particularly durable yet still extraordinarily soft. The unique graining of the exclusive leather in combination with the stylish stitching and the visible carbon fibre
applications convey an air of both elegance and sportiness in the interior.
Masterly craftsmanship, individual design and the highest quality wherever the eye can see. The aluminium pedals, the illuminated door sill trim and the newly ergonomicallydesigned sport steering wheel provide more optical highlights. Lamborghini Aventador with stealth-look carbon fibre and 1250 hpCarbon fibre everywhere the eye can see: The ultralight and high-strength material of carbon fibre finds ample uses even in the series version of the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4. MANSORY purposefully continued to use it in the completely reworked MANSORY CARBONADO as the main component of all its bodywork components. Every single element of the MANSORY aerodynamic design is made in prepreg autoclave process in perfect surface quality and precision-built into the vehicle. For the first time in the world a carbon fibre weave with a stealth-look is being used, which is being exclusively deployed by MANSORY in vehicle construction.An eye-catching new feature of the newly styled Aventador front is the striking skirt with the optimised air intakes for improved ventilation of the front radiator. In combination with the new front lip spoiler and the proprietary developed daytime running lights MANSORY has not only achieved an aggressive appearance but also generated additional drive. Also the front wing, as well as the bonnet will be exchanged and replaced by proprietary developments. The sides have grown by 40 millimetres on the front and by a remarkable 50 millimetres on the rear axle in width.
Newly designed side skirts are also fitted. These steady the air flow between the axles and feed additional cooling air into the drive unit and the rear braking system through integrated routing channels. The diffuser built into the new rear spoiler stabilises the rear at high speeds and creates surface contact pressure together with the enlarged rear wing on the rear axle. The body styling kit is completed by the replacement of the roof and engine compartment cover by all-carbon elements. But the MANSORY customized Aventador impresses not only with its fascinating design. MANSORY has completely reworked the 6.5 litre V12 cylinder and fitted it with two MANSORY turbochargers. Furthermore the pistons, connecting rods, rod bearings, crankshaft, crank and cylinder head have been replaced by motor racing
parts and now meet the high demands of Kourosh Mansory. Together with the newly designed exhaust system from the manifold right up to the stainless steel tailpipes, which give superior performance characteristics. Instead of 700 hp (515 kW) the CARBONADO achieves an impressive 1250 hp (920 kW), while the maximum electronically-limited torque increases to 690 Nm. This accelerates the bi-turbo twelve-cylinder from zero to one hundred (km/h) in a breathtaking 2.6 seconds. The top speed is 380 km/h which is also significantly higher than with the base vehicle.
Of course, only the best components are worth considering for the conversion of engine power into propulsion: As the perfect wheel-tyre combination MANSORY has MANSORY built ultralight striking forged rims with carbon fibre inlays with 9.0 x 20 and 13.0 x 21 dimensions with Pirelli P ZERO tyres in VA 255/30 ZR20 and HA 345/25 ZR21 sizes. The Lamborghini refinement program finds a perfect fulfilment in the extensive interior applications. Naturally only the finest of materials are used. The processed leather used for the seats as well as the dashboard is particularly durable yet still
extraordinarily soft. This characteristic natural product with its individual graining and the perfect hand stitching conveys an air of extravagant flair around the newly designed sports steering wheel with airbag. In order to accent the character of the CARBONADO interior even more non-slip aluminium pedals as well as genuine carbon fibre components are used on the doors, the fittings and the centre console.
The newly positioned starter button presents one of the technical highlights of the interior. In the style of an aircraft cockpit switch MANSORY has relocated this red switch from the centre console to the roof lining.
