This is the Kiska designed KTM superduke 1290 R that was unveiled at EICMA in Milan and is a pretty crazy looking motorcycle with an estimated 180hp and a custom made akrapovic exhaust.
As we can see by the name, it is based on the new KTM Super Duke and uses the LC8 engine from the KTM 1190 RC8 R with an extra 100cc.
