For the 2013 model of the RSV4, Aprilia made several changes in the hardware department to create this version. There is now a three-level dual-channel ABS system from Bosch that can be completely disengaged that works with the new Brembo M430/M50 calipers. Same as those in the Ducati 1199 Panigale R.
The Noale company didn't stop there and it even changed the position of the engine in the chassis together with improvements in the ECU and exhaust system making it have a lower center of gravity, increasing the peak horsepower and mid-range torque.
