Honda Micro Commuter. Twizy rival

This is the production version of the Honda Micro Commuter that was introduced in the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show. With 2,50m long, 1,25m wide and 1,45m tall, this is a vehicle developed for the urban environment

The Honda Micro Commuter seems to be targeted at the Renault Twizy, with a lithium ions battery that gives a maximum range of 59 km/h, it reaches a maximum speed of 80 km/h. The battery is full after just 3 hours of charging.

It has a central driving position and room for 2 children in the back. All the commands and the instrument panel are replaced by a tablet. Testing it set to begin in 2013 and will use the new Variable Design Platform allowing the use of different types of bodies.
